1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, deploying an AI employee, or integrating the AgarAI multi-agent mesh, your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable Enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Autonomous Operations & Deterministic Tool Execution
AgarAI provides autonomous digital employees that execute tasks via connected APIs and browser sandboxes. While our mesh includes multi-tier verification and anomaly detection, your team retains oversight and can set human-in-the-loop approval thresholds at any time.
3. Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For Autonomous Workforce and Enterprise tiers, AgarAI commits to a 99.8% multi-agent coordination uptime. In the event of service degradation, service credits are issued as outlined in your enterprise master agreement.
4. Billing, Ethiopian Birr (ETB), and International Currencies
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis. We natively support local Ethiopian Birr (ETB) for domestic entities, as well as USD and EUR for international corporations. Taxes and banking processing fees are itemized at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property & Work Outputs
All work products, reports, copy, SQL analyses, and outputs generated by digital employees assigned to your workspace are the exclusive property of your organization.
6. Security, Acceptable Use, and Compliance
Users agree not to deploy digital employees for unlawful activities, unauthorized penetration testing of third-party systems, or actions that violate data protection regulations.
