Enterprise Commitment: Customer data is strictly confidential. Your business inputs, agent dialogs, and enterprise tool logs are never sold or used for AI training.

1. Zero Data Retention for Model Training

AgarAI never uses customer data, prompt executions, CRM records, or internal company context to train foundation models. Every enterprise tenant is logically isolated with air-gapped memory partitions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the technical telemetry and authentication data strictly required to orchestrate your multi-agent workforce: organization account emails, tool connection credentials (stored in KMS-encrypted vaults), and execution audit logs.

3. Tool Connectors & Sandbox Isolation

When you authorize an agent (such as Hana, Sara, or Dawit) to connect to Zendesk, HubSpot, or Snowflake, the credentials never touch third-party training pipelines. API tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and rotated per your security policy.

4. Global Data Residency & Regional Clusters

We support dedicated regional tenant deployment options across Africa (Addis Ababa hub), Europe (Frankfurt), and the Americas (US-East). Your data remains inside your designated jurisdictional boundary.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Standards

AgarAI operates in continuous compliance with SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR guidelines. All employee actions generate deterministic, immutable audit logs accessible via your security console.

6. Your Rights & Data Erasure

You retain 100% ownership of your business data. At any time, administrators can export complete execution histories or request instant zero-trace tenant deletion by contacting privacy@agarai.com.
